The Private Health Insurance Administration Council (PHIAC) is engaged in a number of consultations at present:

• Standard Operating Procedure for accepting a written undertaking given by a Private Health Insurer
• Standard Operating Procedure for giving a Council Direction
• proposed disclosure standard for private health insurers
