Shane Tregillis will replace Colin Neave as Chief Ombudsman of the Financial Ombudsman Service from 12 September 2011.

Mr Tregillis is currently an ASIC Commissioner and has extensive experience in financial market regulation.

Mr Neave has co-ordinated the development of professional external dispute resolution services for the financial sector since 1996.
