The Treasurer has announced the nomination of Rod Sims to become the next Chairman of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) from 1 August 2011 and the appointment of Greg Medcraft as Chairman of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) from 1 June 2011.
