NSW and Victoria will commence their respective Co-operatives National Law on 3 March 2014.
The NSW laws comprise:
• Co-operatives (Adoption of National Law) Act 2012 (NSW)
• Co-operatives National Law (NSW)
• Co-operatives National Regulations (NSW), and
• Co-operatives (New South Wales) Regulation 2014.
The CNL will be applied as a law in Victoria by the Co-operatives National Law Application Act 2014.
