Legislation Update July 2024

Commonwealth Parliament finished its recent session on 4 July 2024 and resumes on 12 August 2024 until 22 August 2024.

The Treasury Laws Amendment (Delivering Better Financial Outcomes and Other Measures) Act 2024 has been passed by both Houses and is awaiting Royal Assent. UPDATE: Assented to 9 July 2024.

The Superannuation (Objective) Bill is still before the Senate after being passed by the House of Representatives.
