- Treasury Laws Amendment (Support for Small Business and Charities and Other Measures) Bill 2023.
The Bill was passed by the Senate passed with amendments to instant asset write-off tax provisions for small business entities. The House of Representatives must now consider the amendments.
Amongst other things, the Bill amends the Corporations Act to reinstate AFCA’s jurisdiction to hear complaints relating to superannuation. Background.
- The Superannuation (Objective) Bill has been introduced to Senate after being passed by the House of Representatives. Background.
- The Digital ID bill has been passed by the Senate and has been sent to the House of Representatives for passage. Background.
