I have prepared 2 videos on consumer credit regulation and licensing giving an up to date overview of the National Credit Act provisions.

The first video (1 hour) discusses the national consumer credit protection regime and the licensing system including the ongoing obligations of Australian Credit Licensees.

The second video (1 hour, 10 minutes) discusses the provisions of the National Credit Code and other provisions affecting day to day lending.

The video also discusses forming a contract, advertising, enforcement and responsible lending.
