• criminal offence provisions;
• customs seizure of imported infringing copies;
• private copying – format-shifting;
• private copying of music;
• parody and satire;
• evidential presumptions;
• technological protection measures liability scheme;
• time-shifting;
• use of copyright material for certain ‘special’ purposes;
• commercial-scale electronic infringements;
• preservation copying;
• educational institutions – performances in the classroom and internet-caching; and
• official copying of library and archive material.
