The Co-operatives National Law (CNL) has commenced in South Australia.
SA will join New South Wales (NSW) and Victoria in the scheme.
The Parliaments of the Northern Territory and Tasmania recently passed their respective enabling laws, which will apply the CNL in their jurisdiction, once those laws have commenced.
