In Mickovski v Financial Ombudsman Service Limited & Anor [2011] VSC 257 the Victorian Supreme Court decided that it had jurisdiction to review a decision of the Financial Ombudsman Service relating to a dispute by an insured with an insurer.

In this case the Court did not overrule the ruling of the FOS dismissing the insured’s complaint.
