In this 7 minute video, I give an overview of what will happen in financial services and credit regulation in Australia in 2025 and the issues that the regulators are focussing on.
In addition to complying with existing and new legislation financial services providers also need to monitor what’s coming up.
Commonwealth Parliament is scheduled to resume on 4 February 2025 with the Budget scheduled for 25 March.
An election is due by May.
