AUSTRAC has issued 2 draft AML/CTF Rules
for public comment:

• the first relates to the definition of ‘approved third-party bill payment system’
  in section 5 of the AML/CTF Act.
• the second prescribes credit card electronic funds transfer instruction under subparagraph 70(a)(i) of
  the AML/CTF Act, to which tracing information applies.
