ASIC and APRA have a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with each other relating to regulation of entities that they both supervise.

It is therefore interesting that ASIC has published a speech to APRA by ASIC new Chair, Greg Medcraft.

The speech deals with ASIC’s strategy for the future, the overlap of responsibilities between ASIC and APRA and how ASIC manages them and the future shape of the securitisation market.
