ASIC has released a consultation paper on managed
investment scheme withdrawal rights and the management of related
liquidity risks.

The paper outlines ASIC’s proposed guidance and seeks feedback from industry about:

• what disclosures responsible entities of
  registered managed investment schemes should make to members about
  their withdrawal rights; and
• how responsible entities of registered schemes should monitor and manage liquidity risks.
