APRA has published Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for ADIs and insurers on the assessment criteria for capital instruments.

The FAQs deal with issues that have arisen from the consideration of recent capital instrument proposals under Prudential Standards APS 111 and GPS 112 and Basel III eligibility criteria.
