The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has announced the release of a draft new digital “Prudential Handbook” which brings all APRA’s prudential standards, guidance and supporting information into one place that can be searched.
UPDATE 23 July 2024: Handbook finalised.
Whilst digital copies of the standards for the 5 APRA-regulated industries (Banking, General Insurance, Life Insurance, Private Health Insurance and Superannuation) are on this site, the handbook also links to the “official version” on the Federal Register of Legislation.
