ASIC infringement notices information updated

ASIC information sheet 139 was withdrawn on 30 March 2022. It has been replaced by Information Sheet 275 Infringement notices: Your rights (INFO 275).

INFO 275 Infringement notices now refers to all legislation that enables ASIC to issue Infringement Notices, to explain more about the circumstances in which ASIC is more likely to issue Infringement Notices and otherwise align with other ASIC guidance such as INFO 151 ASIC’s approach to enforcement.

INFO 275 also replaces INFO 128 Credit infringement notices: Your rights and INFO 139 ASIC Act infringement notices: Your rights which have both been withdrawn.
