Corporations Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 2) was registered on 11 April 2012.

This regulation amends the Corporations Regulations 2001 to facilitate the transfer of authorised trustee companies to the new licenced trustee company regime.

These Regulations also amend the Corporations Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 3) to extend the current deemed licensing regime (for trustee companies seeking to be consolidated) until 31 December 2012.
